Implementing computerized provider order entry (CPOE) is one of the more difficult tasks in implementing an electronic health record (EHR). Successful CPOE implementation involves all members of the team. This webinar will discuss the processes that REACH staff have found valuable in CPOE implementation and will give attendees a clear roadmap on how to implement CPOE at their sites. Though we will focus mainly on implementations in the hospital setting, we will also provide information that will be valuable to clinics.
Participants will be able to:
Administrators, CEOs, CIOs/IT staff, DoN/nursing staff, physician/providers, and project managers.
