This webinar will discuss techniques to manage issues with vendors, including issues lists, leveraging your strengths, knowing when to initiate separation, and how to avoid being the customer who is always “crying wolf”. We will explore how to manage and prioritize issues and techniques to get attention from busy vendors. Issues such as contract language to watch out for and collaborative methods will also be discussed.
